Most of the goods on our site are in stock and are despatched on the same day as the order. If we can’t fulfil your order within four working days (or can’t fulfil it completely) then we’ll send you an e-mail (remember to state your e-mail address on your order!) to let you know. You can then decide whether you want to cancel the order. If you still wish to receive the order then we’ll let you know when it’s been despatched.
What if your order doesn’t arrive? Tell us. We will then contact you and decide between us whether to send you the order again or cancel it.
Sometimes your parcel may get delayed in the post and then still arrive after the order has been re-sent. In that case we’d be grateful if you would return the surplus goods to us.
